EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

To sit for the Exam: a bachelor's degree with 120 total semester hours and 24 semester hours of accounting. For licensure: 150 total semester hours, 30 hours of accounting (including intermediate/advanced coursework), and 24 upper-division business hours.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1 year of supervised accounting experience (public or non-public), verified by an actively licensed CPA, for candidates on the 150-hour/master's pathway; 2 years of continuous accounting experience for candidates on the 120-hour bachelor's-only pathway.
